Sweet Ambiance Rentals by Moats is a family owned and operated event rental business right here in Lynwood, California. We are Jason and Lizette — proud Lynwood residents and parents who understand what it means to want your event to be perfect. We show up early, we run everything ourselves, and we don't leave until you're happy and your space is clean.

Our service is simple: we bring a fully equipped hot mini donut bar and cotton candy station to your event, operate it for the entire time, and handle all setup and cleanup. You just enjoy every moment with your guests.

How do I book and what is the deposit? ▾

Text us at (323) 379-3146 with your event date, city, estimated guest count and which package you want. We confirm availability same day. A $50 deposit is required to officially hold your date. The balance is due at delivery before service begins.

What is included in every booking? ▾

Every booking includes: a fully trained operator, free delivery to your location, complete setup before your event starts, all breakdown and cleanup when done, and fresh mini donuts made to order for your guests throughout the full service window. Hot mini donut bookings also include all 8 signature toppings at no extra charge.

Do you need an electrical outlet? ▾

Yes — our machines plug into a standard 110V household outlet. For best results we require a dedicated standalone outlet that is not shared with other appliances or equipment. This prevents tripped breakers and keeps your event running smoothly the entire time. Most homes, backyards, parks and venues have this available. Let us know your setup when you book and we will confirm everything works before your event day.

How much space do you need? ▾

Our setup requires approximately a 6×6 foot area. A corner, a patio, a folding table section or any small dedicated space works perfectly. We handle the setup — you just point us to the spot.

Do you serve outdoor events? ▾

Yes — we serve both indoor and outdoor events. For outdoor events, we prefer a covered or shaded area and a location away from direct heavy wind, which can affect cotton candy. Let us know your setup when booking and we will plan accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy? ▾

The $50 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. We understand that emergencies happen — contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you.

Do you speak Spanish? ▾

¡Sí! We are happy to communicate fully in Spanish. Text or call us in whichever language is most comfortable for you.

How far in advance should I book? ▾

As soon as you know your date — especially for weekends and summer events. Popular dates fill up quickly. A $50 deposit locks your date the moment you book, so don't wait.
